The “Lights on the River Holiday Program” is a huge success thanks in part to the support of businesses like yours. This highly visible event draws an estimated 5,000 visitors to the Historic Owego Marketplace and other area businesses. The plan is to increase the number of visitors to the Village not only during the Holidays, but to come back all year-round. In addition, all investments made will not only allow a lighting program in 2009 but will allow a program to take place for years to come.
